Upscale ambience and accordingly high prices. The food was delicious and the wine tasted great too, the waiter was friendly and very attentive. The location directly at the Hölderlin Tower on the Neckar is beautiful in the evening.

Doesn't seem to like student-looking audiences. When friends wanted to reserve, they were complimented out. A reason for me not to go. There is enough unsophisticated competition in door that cooks at least as well.

A wonderful place right next to Hölderlinturm in beautiful Tübingen. When the weather is nice, you sit here with a view of the Neckar and are spoiled with delicious dishes and fine wines. The service was also great 👍🏻. Gladly again!

Very good trattoria, excellent, fresh, high quality dishes. Friendly, nimble and pleasant staff. Reasonable price-performance ratio. No "mass processing", great atmosphere!

I liked very much the atmosphere in the restaurant. As an Asian woman traveler who is not able to speak german, it is not an easy experience. However, the waiter understood english and was able to provide my wish which was chilli. Surprisingly it was the kind of chilli that i really like although it is slightly different. The chilli reminds me with balinese chilli, name Sambal Matah. I enjoyed my food very much 😋 this will be on my list to have italian dinner in my next visit to Tubingen.

I had a fixed menu dinner. Everything was absolutely good. Includes the wine and service.

Overall 3, Kellner was good, the spot is great however my Spaghetti mit Gorgonzola, Walnuss und Spinat was mediocre. I appreciate the effort of the servers but I would look for other places in Tübingen.

Dear people, unfortunately I am forced to give a star. If you give a 1 star rating, then Google is "terrible". And with this adjective, the restaurant can be described quite well. Please listen to the other 1 star reviews and go to another restaurant if your money is not too bad. 1 salad for my wife with an indefinable balsamic dressing has cost 13 euros. Theoretically there are three shrimp on it, which then came with my noodles. It was unkind. The waiter has still trouble to explain why these are al dente. For our taste they were not quite ready, but it can be argued about that. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here. If you are not used to eating dishes for over 20 euros and you do not want to drink expensive wine, this restaurant is absolutely not recommended. We have for this meal: 1 salad 2x Cola and pasta in paprika outside with in my opinion pre-cooked beef 35 euros paid. (does not sound like much, but look at the mini-salad below ...) In other restaurants you get this size of salad as a starter for 3.50 Euro. We made the mistake that we were very hungry and did not bother to read the reviews before ... because of the prices on the card which were above average, we also had corresponding expectations. One should also tell something positive: The location is great and the terrace looks very comfortable. It was a sad trip into the scene of the "upscale" gastronomy. I'm sorry. But that's the way it has been.

We had dinner together and we both left the place very dissatisfied. Very unfriendly staff. Also, we each have salmon and liver ordered and the waiter asks us if it should be with potato or rice ... we said our wishes and in the end we see that it cost in each case 3,50 € in addition. None told us before that. 2 people 78 € Real cheek and we ordered a normal meal, which was also not nicely decorated. Not recommended!!

I have been there twice now and each time my food came quickly, the service was good and the atmosphere very pleasant, both outside on the patio and inside. I can recommend it.

I had lamb and it was delicious! The staff is also super nice...

We were there as part of a group of about 16-20 people.There was a good, simple and tasty fixed menu. Wine was flowing freely and a very pleasent atmosphere. Thanks!!!

Very nice location. Sophisticated and precious goods. Personnel is friendly, service is fast. Price are a bit higher but definitely worth it.

Great location, right on the Neckar and in the old town, as well as a romantic atmosphere. The service was quick but a bit too posh. The food was very good.
